Aligned with international quality standards

Accreditation Matters
Coaching approaches vary widely depending on the experience, credentials, commitment to quality and professional standards of the practitioner. As an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner EIA holder, I uphold the rigorous standards set by one of the world’s leading organizations dedicated to advancing coaching, mentoring, and supervision. This prestigious EMCC Global Individual Accreditation signifies my commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and professional development.
Our coaches also adhere to the Global Code of Ethics, co-signed by EMCC Global, ensuring the highest integrity in our work. You can explore more about the Code of Ethics here and learn about EMCC Global accreditation for coaches and mentors here.
Diagnostic tools
Executive and Leadership Coaching services can include 360° and other leadership assessments with accredited practitioners including The Leadership Circle, Extended DISC, Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) Glow Up (Career Coaching) and The Three Vital Questions.

Our Approach
Recognising that each leader has different needs from their Coaching Program we offer a range of options for Executive or Leadership Coaching to suit various budgets and the level of development or type of intervention required.
We believe in a structured approach to coaching ensuring that the needs of the organisation and the leader are well understood first; so objectives relating to the leader’s performance or development can be established at the outset of the coaching program; including buy-in from an internal organisational sponsor if required.
Coaching is a highly effective growth accelerator; a coaching program is sought after for many different reasons. We have extensive experience delivering coaching services across all of the below growth areas:
- Performance
- Development
- Skills based
- Behavioural
- Career or Transition
What a typical coaching program looks like

Initial Meeting with the leader or with the organisation where relevant to establish the needs of the leader and organisation including a “matching meeting” with the coachee to ensure that there is a strong fit for working effectively together. Coaching objectives are discussed and confirmed, or confirmed within the Triad conversation if relevant.
If a 360° profile tool such as The Leadership Circle or other diagnostic such as Extended DISC or GLWS is incorporated in the program, this debrief would also occur in the first or second session.
At the outset of the program, a “Triad” conversation if chosen (a facilitated conversation between the Coach, Coachee and Organisational Sponsor) occurs in support of the Coach understanding the individual and organisational needs from the program. This facilitated conversation is to understand the coaching objectives’ from the organisation’s perspective, and then revisits this Triad meeting later in the program to invite feedback from the Sponsor. Triad conversations are considered best practice in quality coaching standards globally, and ensure confidentiality between the coach and client and feedback on progress without breaching the confidentiality of the relationship.
Coaching sessions occur at regular monthly intervals—or at a mutually agreed frequency—to maintain momentum and ensure steady progress toward program objectives. These sessions (e.g. sessions 1-6) take place either at the client’s location or online, providing flexibility while sustaining engagement throughout the program.
The Triad conversation is revisited with the Organisational Sponsor towards the end of the program to invite valuable input and feedback on the Coachee’s progress towards coaching objectives.
Program & Support Options
We recommend each Coaching Program consists of 6 x monthly sessions (or as agreed) to achieve the best outcome for both the leader and the organisation; unless individual circumstances require a shorter program (and objectives are narrower), or a higher level of support or speed of change is required where sessions might be recommended to occur more frequently.
Online or face to face sessions (if located within greater Brisbane/South East Queensland area) can be provided as is preferred by the coachee and to support workforce flexibility. Our team of experienced coaches are all highly skilled in
using various online platforms including tools to enhance the online delivery experience.
We recommend 1.5 hour coaching sessions monthly unless there is greater support required and sessions are
scheduled more frequently. We also recommend for greater support or accountability contexts that a 30 minute “Check-in” session can occur by phone mid-month to ensure the leader is on track and increase momentum and progress towards objectives.

What I appreciated about Nicole was the deeper thoughtful questioning. Pushing me outside of current thought patterns and opening up areas of possibility I has not considered. Creating a psychologically safe environment where thoughts and feelings were able to be expressed and reflected on.
