Reflection Points for Leaders
Do you want to grow in who you are as a leader and as a human, but don’t have a lot of time? I challenge you to join me for ten minutes each fortnight to support yourself and those around you!
Over the years, so many of my clients have often said to me, “if only I had Nicole sitting on my shoulder to help me to know what to say or what to do, asking me questions and supporting my reflection to be more effective as a leader”.
I strongly believe that leaders can support themselves to grow through regular reflection that supports greater self-awareness – from understanding your own leadership and behaviours, to how you show up with those around you (intentionally or otherwise) and the impact this has – and that you have, on others.
My fortnightly email series Reflection Point is an invitation AND a challenge to come and reflect with me for ten minutes every two weeks. Each fortnight I will share a short reflection with a few questions to help you explore your self-awareness, leadership and impact. Whether you’re an executive, C-suite member, emerging leader or middle manager, these reflections are designed to support you professionally as a leader and personally, for those you love.
